It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act
- Make an FCRA-regulated credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or similar decision

4. Outside Resources
Government portals, archives, and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, price, availability, or data practices.

11. Pennsylvania Law
Pennsylvania law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq., governs requests for eligible government records, and 65 P.S. § 67.901 provides the ordinary five-business-day response rule. Those public-record procedures do not alter the terms for this private service.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
